Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item if there is a problem with it or not satisfied with it. We are willing to work with you until you are completely satisfied.
We are pleased to offer our returns policy.
- We will be happy to refund your purchase. All we ask is that you return your purchase together with your order summary within 14 days local & 28days International orders, returned in the same condition that they were shipped to you.
- Unfortunately shipping expenses are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any orders that need to be re-sent after being returned to us will incur a second shipping charge.
- We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 and 28 days of delivery for International orders.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for bespoke or custom orders.
- Refund cannot be given on lost items through post.
- In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings or real body jewellery unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
- We cannot refund you due to a colour issue. We cannot control how each computer monitor shows colour differently. We aim to explain each item as carefully as possible.
- We will accept your return if it is damaged. We just ask that you send us back the damaged item. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s).
